Guided meditation gently leads you into a state of deep relaxation, allowing your mind to quiet and your intuition to expand. This ancient practice calms the mind, reduces stress, and enhances self-awareness, making it especially beneficial for those new to meditation or who find it challenging.
Sound healing uses the resonant tones of crystal bowls to clear energetic blockages and restore balance. The pure, ethereal sounds penetrate deeply into your being, promoting profound relaxation and facilitating the release of emotional tension. Together these practices are incredibly powerful. Guided meditation prepares your mind and body to receive the healing vibrations of the crystal bowls more deeply. In combination they amplify each other's benefits, fostering a holistic sense of well-being. Simply lay back and let the session unfold naturally for you. |

What should I bring? Just bring yourself in comfortable clothing. Everything you need will be provided, but feel free to bring your own yoga mat and anything else that helps you relax.
Is this suitable for beginners? Absolutely! No prior experience in meditation or sound healing is necessary. The sessions are designed to be accessible to everyone and are crafted to be interesting and engaging, regardless of your experience level. Can sound healing help with physical ailments? Yes, sound healing can complement traditional treatments and promote physical healing. It’s known to alleviate pain, improve sleep, and enhance overall vitality. What if I feel emotional during the session? It's entirely normal to feel a range of emotions, and this is actually very beneficial. We will be on hand during and after to support you. You can always take yourself away from those feelings and even physically leave the room if you need to. You are always in control of your experience. Are there any contraindications? Sound healing is generally safe for most people. If you have a specific medical condition, please consult your healthcare provider before attending. Do we have to sit on the floor with crossed legs? No, comfort is key. You will have a bolster and other props available to help you sit comfortably. For the guided part of the session we usually lay down on a yoga mat with bolster under the legs but chairs are available if you prefer. How is the session structured? Typically, we give a short talk at the beginning to help everyone settle into the space. The guided practice with sound then takes about 35-40 minutes. We set aside some time at the end for personal reflection and to ask any questions, usually over a cup tea. Our aim is to make the exploration of sound and meditation as fun as it is powerful. Can I attend if I’m pregnant? Yes, many pregnant women find sound healing and meditation beneficial. |
