WHAT TO EXPECT
Yin yoga is a slow, deeply-opening and meditative practice. All postures are seated with the help of props, this makes it a less physical than other yoga styles and enables a greater release in the tendons, ligaments and muscle fascia that your body will simply love. Its like giving yourself a deep tissue massage but without the pain.

2. If you have any COVID-19 symptoms please cancel, you will be given a full refund.
