Cotswold
Yoga

WELCOME

Our aim is to do something good for the world by providing high quality yoga tuition and experiences. We are a collection of independent yoga teachers who work together to make the benefits of yoga more accessible than ever and to create a thriving supportive community for yogi's new and old.

YOGA
CLASSES

Yoga for everybody! We've set up regular classes and one off events in the villages and towns in and around the Cotswold's.

We combine the quality of big city yoga studios with a village sense of community to give you the best of both.

AT THE
WORK PLACE

It sure can be stressful, can't it? How about we come to your place of work and show you how some basic yoga, meditation or mindfulness can turn day-to-day adversity into positivity?

LEISURE
WEAR

We like exercise clothing that is eco-friendly, functional and doesn't make us look like an 80's aerobics instructor, rapper, gap-year backpacker or those two hip dudes over there. We just aren't that cool.

So we have decided to make our own and give them a distinctly Cotswold vibe, check back soon to see them

AROUND THE WORLD

The great people at my "My name is Kumar" support families from begging communities, helping children gain the education they need to break out of the cycle of poverty. Through them we sponsor our friend Sowndhrya.
She has been doing extremely well at school. Recently she attended a 10 day National Cadet Corp camp in Chennai, where she learnt to shoot, build fires and march in formation. She also made a good new friend from another school and came back very enthusiastic and motivated. Sowndhrya parent's recently received an offer of marriage for Sowndhrya (who is only 14) but her parents emphatically refused, stating they wouldn't consider any offers until Sowndrhya is 18. Although this is shocking to hear, Sowndrhya's  parents attitude is a testament to how far some families have come in upholding the value of education, especially for their daughters. Sowndhrya currently ranks second in her year group for attainment, a ranking which is very important in the Indian education system.
